Marcia A. Daniel Joins Ferrilli as Chief Client Officer

Daniel to lead the higher education professional services firm’s client engagement efforts

HADDONFIELD, NJ – Ferrilli, a leading professional services provider exclusively serving the unique needs and challenges of higher education, announced today that Marcia A. Daniel has joined the company as Chief Client Officer, effective immediately.

In this new executive role, as the Chief Client Officer, Daniel will leverage her vast higher education administration experience and expertise to optimize Ferrilli’s client engagement efforts and partner with higher education leaders in support of their institution’s goals and technology strategies.

Daniel joins Ferrilli after spending over nine years as Associate Vice President for Executive Engagement at Ellucian, a leading provider of software and services built to power higher education. At Ellucian, Daniel worked to provide organizational and technology guidance on the business of higher education to both institutions, and to Ellucian’s sales and management teams. Prior to her role with Ellucian, Daniel spent more than thirty years in higher education administration, where she served as, among other roles, Vice President for Student Services, Executive Vice President for Academic and Student Services.

I look forward to bringing these capabilities to Ferrilli’s current and future clients.”

Daniel holds a BA in English from Pfeiffer University, an MS in Higher Ed Administration and Policy from NC A&T University and completed post graduate hours in Higher Ed Administration from NC State University.
