Evaluates: Colleague security classes, user roles, Colleague security forms in relation to Security, users and user role assessment based on positions and access. Deliverable includes an assessment report of findings and recommendations.  

IT Infrastructure Assessment

The IT Infrastructure Assessment provides an independent and objective evaluation of your technical environment from design and architecture through the organization’s capabilities and associated operational practices. We draw on our expertise to provide best-practice recommendations that will improve the health, performance, and security of networks and infrastructure. 

The assessment will focus on the following areas of infrastructure and the associated operations practices: Wired and Wireless Network Infrastructure, Physical Server Infrastructure, Virtual Server Infrastructure, Identity & Access Management, Backup and Disaster Recovery Infrastructure, Security Infrastructure, and Vulnerability Management. Disaster Recovery Assessment

The Ferrilli Disaster Recovery Assessment (DRA) is a service that evaluates your institution’s IT infrastructure, systems, processes, and policies to determine how well they can withstand and recover from a disaster. A disaster can be any event that disrupts your normal operations, such as a natural disaster, a cyberattack, a power outage, or a human error. 

Ferrilli evaluates existing DR plans and processes for existing IS infrastructure and critical business applications, disaster recovery procedures, backups, recovery and dedicated offsite hardware.  Ferrilli consultants will evaluate tactical plans for Disaster Recovery process initiation; timeline of recovery activities; chart of defined roles and responsibilities; Escalation contact list; Server priority categorization.

Cyber Security Assessment

Examination consisting of a remote vulnerability scan of an institution’s internal and external network, against known vulnerabilities in hardware and software. Includes audit of current security controls including physical data and computer entry points with access to secure networks.

IT Help Desk Assessment

Review/conduct business process for all current helpdesk and account policies/procedures; ITSM adherence/integration; Help Desk technology; Triage and dispatch; User self-service; Escalation; Problem management; Major Incident management; Documentation/Knowledge Base; Service Management/Improvement; Reporting Customer Satisfaction; Provide recommendations for all defined areas.

MS SQL Server Assessment

Assesses SQL servers and instances; make recommendations for health, stability, configuration, performance and security; Proactively ensure SQL Server instances comply with Microsoft recommendations/best practices; Review SQL versions, updates, patch levels; Review SQL Server configuration; Confirm correct Windows OS configuration to maximize SQL Server performance; Validate Availability Group configuration; Ensure properly configured databases; Identify performance issues; Validate file storage configuration; Evaluate SQL security; Evaluate use of new SQL features and best practices; Provide recommendations for all defined items.

Security Assessment

A review of users, roles, and security classes to understand potential improvements in security configurations, known issues, risks, and vulnerabilities. A risk profile is provided for ERP screens and user roles.

Sharepoint Assessment

Review current SharePoint Online architecture to determine the current configuration and organization, identifying areas for improvement. Analyze content and storage to ensure data is organized, accessible, and not exceeding storage quotas. Evaluate customizations and integrations with other services to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently. Check security settings and permissions to ensure that sensitive data is protected, and access is appropriately controlled. Assess compliance with governance policies and regulatory requirements.
