Steven Christian serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Ferrilli, bringing a wealth of experience in strategic growth and operational excellence. Since joining the company in 2015, Steven has played a pivotal role in shaping Ferrilli’s success, previously serving as Executive Vice President overseeing Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and administrative functions. His leadership and focus on organizational effectiveness have been key to Ferrilli’s continued growth and ability to meet the evolving needs of its higher education clients.

Before joining Ferrilli, Steven spent more than 10 years working in the Higher Education sector with ARAMARK, where he provided managed services to colleges and universities across the country. With over 15 years of experience in human capital management and staffing, Steven’s expertise lies in fostering organizational success through effective people management, operational improvements, and a deep understanding of the higher education landscape.

Steven holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and earned his Executive MBA from Villanova University, further enhancing his strong foundation in business leadership and strategic planning.
