Tracy Hokanson, Ferrilli’s Chief Services Officer, is a known thought leader and change agent in the higher education industry. She has more than 30 years of experience transforming colleges and universities across the country in support of student success.

Her career started in Student Affairs and Residence Life but evolved into Professional Services Delivery for ERP implementations where superior customer service is the standard. A few notable successes over the years, she has coordinated the move of an entire client base through major platform migrations, led teams to innovative service delivery to support the move to SaaS and implemented groundbreaking consultant training programs.

Tracy has an undergraduate degree in Sociology from SUNY New Paltz and a master’s degree in Counseling and Student Services Administration from the University of North Texas. She is a proud business owner of eSix Sportwear, Inc alongside her husband and resides in Arlington Texas. In her downtime she enjoys playing tennis, gardening, mentoring underprivileged children and adults and serves as the Board President of a local non-profit organization.
